Girls Allied
Starts Saturday 3rd June: 13:00 – 16:00
A safe space for teenage girls to be creative
A new initiative for teenage girls!
Do you want to meet people? See the world differently? Create art for activism? Then Girls Allied is for you!
Girls Allied is a four week programme running on Saturday afternoons (starts June 3rd) at the Hundred Heroines Museum (top of the escalator in the Eastgate Centre). It offers a safe space for teenage girls to discuss the issues that matter to them and express their feelings through photography and creativity.
The programme is aimed at girls between the ages of 13 and 16, but older teenagers are welcome to join the group as volunteers – help us run the programme and boost your CV!
If you’re interested in joining the programme, ask a parent or guardian to email hello@hundredheroines.org
