Art Chat

Love photography, art and books? So do we! Join us on the second Thursday of the month for Art Chat – all welcome.

11:00 – 12:30 at Three Storeys

Dive into a thought-provoking discussion at Art Chat. Join us as we explore the intersection of feminism and photography, delving into the works of trailblazing female photographers redefining the art scene. This series promises to be an insightful journey into the transformative power of visual storytelling and the representation of diverse voices within the art world.

Art Chat runs along similar lines to a book club, but includes short films, articles, photographer profiles, exhibition catalogues and any other material of interest. To get us going, we’ve chosen some reading for the first chat, then we can plan the summer programme together at the first meeting.

All materials are available in our library, so feel free to come and browse.
