Upcoming Day of Talks at the HIVE
On Sunday October 6th, the Blackpool show officially closes. To celebrate the success of it, please join us for a day of talks on Friday October 4th.
When: Friday October 4th
4pm – 5pm: Peggy Anne will be speaking about her project ‘Dual Dreams‘, looking at representation of women through physical appearance.
5pm – 5.30pm: A Skype call with Brooke Held-Sudimak, a trucker from Anne-Marie Michel’s ‘Sister’s of the Road’ project that follows the stories of 40 female truckers in America.
5.30pm – 6.30pm: Jannica Honey will be talking about her ‘When the Blackbird Sings’ project, looking at personal loss and reaffirming her female voice through intrinsic moon cycles.
7pm – 7.30pm: Carolyn Allen-Storey will be speaking about ‘Fractured Lives: The Journey to Peace’, a project that follows intimate stories of the 1994 Genocide war in Rwanda.
