Free Drop-In Sessions Exploring Contemporary Art, Zines and Collage
Do you want to meet new people, acquire new creative skills and have some fun? If the answer is yes, join us for one or more of our Art for Wellbeing practical workshops.
Led by our in-house artists and health professional, we’re running a series of drop-in sessions over the summer highlighting how active engagement with art has a beneficial impact on mental health and well-being.
The programme runs for six weeks and participants can drop in and out as they want. No need to sign up, just turn up and get involved.
We have a dedicated safe space and all materials will be provided.
Activities will include:
- Colour therapy
- Photography
- Making Zines
- Artivism (art and activism)
- Collages and montaging
And for those that want to understand more about exhibition-making, we’ll work together to produce a display of artworks created during the programme.
