Recycling religiously and flying frequently?
Within the theme of our summer exhibition, we are including opportunities for our visitors and global audiences to engage in this dialogue, including a projection of Climate Contradictions. We believe that we all live in a constant push & pull motion between taking eco-friendly actions in some areas of our lives and high-impact, environmentally harmful behaviour in other ways – often noticing the inconsistency and feeling trapped in a state of quiet guilt.
To bring us all together in our individual explorations of ethical responsibility in environmental action, we are asking you all to please share your Climate Contradictions with us – in just one sentence. Are you taking your car to an organic grocery store? Are you using a tote bag to carry your fast fashion return to the post office? Are you growing vegetables in your garden but using ChatGPT to source gardening tips?
You can add your Climate Contradiction to the in-house message board or send it by email (hello@hundredheroines.org) and we’ll post it for you.
