Sue Brown FRPS

Sue is a photographer with 40 years experience. She has travelled from Darkroom to Digital and City to Coast but is now at home with both. She is a Member of Arena Photographers, Landscapes Collective UK (LCUK),  The Devon Guild of Craftsmen and the Devon Group ‘Artsix’ – a multidisciplinary Group.

Sue has exhibited widely both in UK and overseas including National Theatre as part of Landscape Photographer of the Year, Gallery OXO as part of Landscapes by Women and she recently had the ‘Showcase’ exhibition space at the Devon Guild of Craftsmen for a solo exhibition. As founder of the Company MK Arts for Health and subsequent success in gaining its Charitable Status, Sue often exhibits in Hospitals and Healthcare settings; her next exhibition will be in Milton Keynes Hospital in October.

Her work has been published in many magazines including the Sunday Times, Coast, and the RPS Journal, as well as many photographic magazines. She has had 6 images in the Landscape Photographer of the Year Book, is co author of the book ‘Coast’ and has a book (An Arena Edition) on her series ‘Swimming with the Tide’

Sue has been interviewed on Radio 4 and done a 1 hour ‘Togcast’ on Landscape Photography.

Sue sits on the RPS Distinctions Committee and is a panel member for Fine Art.
